The registration will take place on the Kuulaportti
- Mention your wishes about your team members on the registration form or make sure you have the same team name.
- The game fee is determined by the faction, payment method, role and options you choose.
- The pre-registration will be closed on Sunday 21.7. at 23.59. After that the tickets can only be paid on site.
- Transferring tickets is allowed as long as the new owner is in contact with the game masters via email. There is a 5 € fee for ticket transfers.
- Many in-game products will be sold before and during the event at Kuulaportti/check-in but paladin-grenades and other paladin products will only be sold at check-in because of their more limited number.
- The minimum age is 18 years, but if you are coming with other adults and you are at least 16 years old, then you should send an open application to: info@ehasa.org
- If you cannot attend the event, we recommend that you sell your ticket to someone else. We only refund your payment, if you have a medical certificate or similiar medical reason to show that you are unable to attend.
- If the event has to be canceled due to Finnish official regulations or the travel of an individual participant is restricted by their country’s official regulations, we will refund the game fee (-5 € handling fee).

- The price changes based on the number of tickets sold.
- The number of tickets will be limited and opened from time to time to make sure that both factions are about equally filled.
- We will advertise for a new ticket opening beforehand in Discord, if needed.

Leader positions
Willing to be in a leader position?
We want to encourage people to apply for leader postitions. For this reason people in challenging positions will get commodity money, which can be freely used on Ehasa products during the game. You can apply for leadership roles when you register or on your teams own discord group. The battalion commander will decide the roles in the end.
- Platoon leaders and members of the headquarter platoon get 10€ worth of commodity money
- Company leaders (Infantry company, mechanized and reconnaissance) get 15€ worth of commodity money
- Battalion commanders and civilian faction leader get 20€ worth of commodity money and four free meals from our partner grill.
Commodities are products sold by Ehasa. For example food-tickets, patches, armbands, maps, paladin-granades…
